Digital SRCC 2020 will take place online during May 2020. All SRCC on-site campus events have been cancelled due to COVID-19 concerns. Students with approved oral presentation applications will receive guidelines for posting on the SRCC 2020 digital platform during April.
All oral sessions are scheduled in Caudell Hall 208, 209, and 222.
Oral presentations are 12 minutes in length with three minutes for questions for a total of 15 minutes.
Students should arrive well in advance of their scheduled presentation, preferably at the beginning of the session, and plan to stay to the end of the session. (This is polite and ensures that each presenter has an audience.) The schedule is divided into "blocks" of 60-75 minutes. The schedule clearly indicates the number of talks in each block. Each presentation is 15 minutes in length.
Presentation rooms (Caudell Hall 208, 209, and 222) are equipped with a projector and PC laptop.
NOTE: Student technicians will be available to help solve technical problems.
Suggestion: If the PPT is created using a MAC, check that it displays properly on a PC. You might want to convert the PPT to a PDF to embed fonts and formatting.
